Class Rules

Rule 1- Safety First, there is a progression to every exercise, find the progression that you can do correctly and work to increase from that point Rule 2 - Always do your best, the Attitude, effort and intensity you put into your workout will reflect what you get out of the class. Everyone, at any level, is able to do their personal best. Results vary accordingly to the effort, intensity, attitude and consistency a person puts into the program. Rule 3 - Don't worry about anyone else but yourself, its all about you. We all have different strengths, weakness, injuries, focus on rule 2. Rule 4 - Pay attention, missing the instruction may result in your injury, incorrect form… Rule 5 - Clean studio sneakers only, everyone likes a clean workout environment. If you forget your sneakers you can go barefoot. Rule 6 - Be on time, when you plan on arriving early you will always be on time. Rule 7 - Be supportive, respectful, and encouraging, we are all here for the same reason, to grow through struggle. Rule 8 - Let the coach know prior to class if you have to leave early. Rule 9 - Tell the coach prior to class if you have an injury. Rule 10 - sign in. Rule 11 - We are a team and we take breaks together. Rule 12 - Give high five to everyone at the end of every class. Rule 13 - remember rule 1. Rule 14 - When you do your best you will inspire others to do same, go all out this is your time this is your workout and you have to live with results of your actions, be awesome! Rule 15 Comfort zone, our job is to help you go outside your comfort zone to help you grow and its going to be physically and mentally uncomfortable. Rule 16 - Focus on what you are doing, focus on your mind spirit and body, focus in, quiet your mind, be with your thoughts, look inside yourself. Rule 17 - Participate in class, encourage others, make comments to class in a supportive manner, we want to work hard and have a good time as well, it is a very fine line though.
